Great support and access, close to my work at SMU/Cox, I can focus on my teaching without worrying about what is going on at my apartment.

We have loved living here over the last 18 months. Beautiful surroundings, great maintenance staff and office staff. Many social events to attend. Village country club is a great plus. Having an additional gym in the lakes is another bonus.

I just wish covered parking was available more easily. Heat insulation is not that great in the apartment. Air leaks around windows and doors is a problem that needs to be addressed.

First, it s safe enough that we don t need a gate, and UPS can leave packages at the front door without worrying.
It has a good location that is very easy to commute, whether to downtown, Richardson, or other direction. There er plenty of grocery stores, and restaurants around here. It s also quiet.

The community is beautiful and the staff was very engaging and helpful.

The community was clean and wonderfully maintained. It was conveniently located near the areas finest shopping and dining. There was easy access to highways. The amenities were numerous, including a free membership to a Country Club. The leasing professional was terrific and determined my needs. She was eager to assist, made me feel at home and recommended an apartment that fit my needs.

The leasing agent was very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment community was very nice and was not overpriced. I loved the location. It was right in the heart of night life.

Due to the recent storm that the hit the DFW area yesterday many of communities in the village have been without power. Definitely can t hold them responsible for mother nature, however, there has been absolutely NO communication regarding the eta of when we should expect the power to be restored. Nothing, nada! Poor communication. For this they get a thumbs down!

The apartment community was beautiful throughout. The leasing consultant was very friendly and helpful during the visit. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful throughout. It seemed like a great place to call home.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at The Village Apartments. The location can't be beat with easy access to major highways, shopping, and great restaurants. There is always something going on around here that will help you get connected with others. I'm a big fan of the weekend pool parties after a long week at work, but the walking trail around the lakes ranks up there for me when it comes to a great workout. This is the place to be!

I felt as if I was just another person that the leasing agent had to tour on that day. I felt as if her tour was robotic and rehearsed. Nothing about her tour said, "Live here and you will love it!"

I would recommend someone to live here. It is close to downtown and has a good amount of apartment and community amenities.

The Lakes is a beautiful property with many things to offer its residents. The location is convenient to many activities. The property is quiet and I like that this property has a pet restriction.

We have loved everything about living at the Lakes in the Village apartment! Everyone has been overly friendly and helpful during our stay as residents. Couldn't be happier with our housing :]

The leasing professional's presentation felt flat and not very personalized. I did not feel like they cared to try to make this property my home.

This community felt like home. it was a very relaxing environment, and I loved the idea of no pets. The walking trails and all the beautiful trees were appealing.
