Peaceful and enjoyable!

Apartments are spacious and have plenty of closet space compared to most new builds. The maintenance team is on top of any repairs needed and if you call about something they are typically there within an hour to repair.

I love it. I have lived here for 6 years and will continue to do so!

Refrigerator is wrong size

I d recommend the Lakes to anyone looking for apartments to live in.

I have lived in my apartment in the Lakes at the Village for 4 years. It has met all of my expectations and I can't imagine living in another complex. There are lots of activities, community amenities, and people around jogging, walking, and playing sports on the fields. It really feels like a community, not just a complex. It is close to my work, my friends, and my church. I think the Village is the best place to live in Dallas!

Peaceful environment and lakeside walk.

It s a great location, the grounds are great, just don t get an apartment with a staircase on an outside wall. It s impossible to get a full night s sleep the way residents pound up and down the stairs, and it will shake the walls of your room every time.

Easy access to area services.

Would based on location - surrounded by grocery stores and fairly quiet considering the density

Pretty good value.
