This property had beautiful grounds that were well maintained. The floor plan was spacious.

I was impressed with what I saw and what I was told. If I had to choose a property to lease I would lease there. I felt at home immediately and while looking at the vacant apartment, I could picture my furniture inside of there. I could see myself visiting the Country Club and entertaining my friends and family there.

It takes forever to fix problems. Sometimes it takes more than 6 months.

I would tell them the walls and floors are too thiin and if they value privacy they need to find another place to live. I would also tell them that you all do not do anything about pet violations. You all are not very loyal when it comes to lease renewal time. You do not give people any incentive to stay here. I recommend if you need a nice place to stay. I do not recommend if you need privacy or peace and quite.

Good environment. All kinds of fitness fields. Fitness center is too small. Need a indoor room for yoga. It is too hot to do yoga outside in TX. Bad management. No response after messages. They ignore customer's complaints and requests.

It is good if you just moved to Dallas. The location is good and easily accessible.

Not sure how I feel about not letting pets live there, but it might work.

The leasing agent did a good Job. She really seemed to enjoy her job and knew her property. She treats others well and does great at offering everything that this property has to offer. I thought this was a great place to live. The community was in a great location and offers very nice landscaping.

It's been two months since I and my husband moved from Illinois to the Lakes in the Village. We were in search for communities that are green and have ample of outdoor activities. We are glad we found all this at Lakes in the Village! Our apartment has a wonderful view of the pond and surrounding trees. Its well maintained and you will find a lot of people with their pets and kids taking a walk or jogging on the 1.5 mile trail. if you are an animal lover, you will definitely like the company of squirrels and ducks while you take you run/walk on the trail. Swimming pools and tennis courts are well maintained too. My husband plays tennis and he likes the courts here. The country club hosts events like outdoor movie night once a month as well as some other events that help connect with your neighbors.
We love this place & couldn't have asked for more :)
