The Lakes is a great community to live. The apartments are well kept and the landscape and parking areas are well maintained. The staff is very friendly.

The staff was friendly and professional. The property basically sells itself. There are beautiful fountains and shaded paths. The apartments are very quiet inside, even when there is noisy activity in close vicinity. For those who may also enjoy a country club lifestyle, this may be the place to be.

It's nice, I haven't had to submit a maintenance request, and it's quiet...in a good way. Never have an issue with parking rare at other apt. complexes

It is very comfortable, clean and has beautiful grounds.

The place is really nice and has a lot of stuff going on. The apartments are a little old, but maintenance is always on point in fixing things on time.

This is a good community of younger adults where there are many different communities so you can find a price you can afford.

Property is well maintained. Maintenance request is well followed thru.

The agent did a terrible job on-site. The agent did not introduce themselves. He barely responded back to my questions and did not elaborate whatsoever. My on-site visit was disappointing and I felt like a bother. The agent seemed to be very rushed. The customer service I received was terrible and not genuine at all.

Living in the village can't be beat. The staff are awesome and my fellow residents are friendly. I love the clubhouse, gym, and the running trail around the lakes. this place is a natural paradise retreat in a fantastic area close to everything.

I moved in about a year ago and for the most part I have enjoyed my experience and time here. The only reason I am moving is because I work 45 minutes away and I am just needing to be closer to work. The service team is quick and polite to handle any issues that may arise. the only negative I have has nothing to do with the apartment but I lived on the middle floor and the neighbors above me sounded like a herd of elephants randomly through out the week and at times sounded as if they were going to come through the floor. With that aside I just had a bad neighbor but I would recommend the apts. to any one that I knew that was moving to the area. It has a great location and lots to do.

5 stars all-around. Nothing but a great experience.

The leasing professional made sure I felt comfortable and knew how great the community was.

Living here is a pleasure.
