I like Lake because its community atmosphere, lots of events. Even old, the facility and construction are still good to use and have good quality.

I only have one cent, one thing is there are too many insects flying everywhere during the summer. I am thinking if it is possible to kill the insect, especially the mosquito during the early summer...

The property was really very nice. The grounds were well kept and the pool was so inviting. The staff was great and seemed to genuinely care about what I wanted and not just to rent me anything. If I needed an apartment, I would visit here first. There were great features and a Country Club membership as well.

I enjoy the variety of activities amenities available to me. There is always something going on at the country club, and it's nice to have something free to do if I am ever looking for an activity on any given night

It is a good place to live.

This apartment community was built around the two small lakes that were in the middle of the property. The apartment I saw had garden tubs, large rooms, large closets and a covered patio. It was in a beautiful wooded setting. There was a Country Club available to all residents. This was one of about 18 apartment communities nestled into a wooded area that used to be a large city golf course and Country Club. It was hidden away only a short distance from highways and shopping.

The landscaping is always up to date, neighbors are wonderful. Noise of upstairs neighbors isn't great though.

The Apartments are a bit outdated with some old fixtures but these downsides are made up for in other ways. The landscaping in quite nice,parking is widely available, and maintenance is relatively quick. It would be nice to have more information readily available about current services.

It s a wonderful place to live, the neighborhood is great too cause everything it s so close, I really love it

It is beautiful and the people are all very nice. The insulation isn't great but since the neighbors are fairly quiet you only have to deal with hot and cold seeping into the apartment. There are great amenities and the parking is pretty good, plus it's in a really great location.

I was wondering how many times a week the grounds people are allowed to mow... As someone who works nights, I have heard them up to 5 times in one week That's crazy to me.
The grounds do look beautiful but I would say my only complaint is the amount of mowing leaf blowing that is done. I feel like there should be designated days.

Very nice property. Clean and safe

The community is beautiful and there area a lot of grass and trees. There are benches throughout the property to sit on. All the activities and the Country Club are definitely a big bonus. I would definitely rent here. The leasing agent did a wonderful job presenting the package.
