Adequate apartments, nice landscaping, excellent staff, great location, variety of ammenities

I love living in The Village, especially here at The Lakes. It's nice and peaceful with plenty to do. The grounds are well kept, and the office staff is quick to respond to requests. Large walk-in closet, nice counterspace, and a huge balcony with storage closet. The jogging trail is just a stone's throw away, and you can't beat the location. I'd recommend this complex to anyone.

The property is conveniently located near SMU and a few bars that SMU students frequent. The country club also has a nice bar/restaurant. There are no pets allowed on the property, which I enjoy very much. However, people who live in other complexes will walk their animals on the trails through The Lakes. The apartment itself is nothing fancy. There is a lot of closet space. I would encourage anyone interested to go view the available apartments and see first hand.

This community has character and has been well maintained for the age of the property. The landscaping was well maintained and appealing. The overall feel of the community was warm and homey.

I had a wonderful experience. The community and apartment itself were presented extremely well and made it very desirable for me to want to live there. The leasing professional did an incredible job, giving me detailed information. She was sweet and enjoyable to talk to.

Close to lower Greenville, North Park, Uptown, Henderson, Knox. 3 minutes from White Rock! Awesome park like setting in the middle of town. 5 min to downtown, 15 to Addison.

Living here is wonderful....All our needs are always taken care of........Anything breaks....it is fixed immediately....We feel they care...

This park-like setting for an apartment was exceptional. I like the design of the buildings with the red brick. It had a Texas flavored design with lots of nice windows overlooking the water fountain and well maintained garden-like areas. The Village Country Club will never have comparable facilities at other communities and the Northpark location is the very best for shopping and restaurants. I loved the apartments and the club. What a privilege it would be to live in this community with so many luxury features.

I really felt Lexi could have been pretty new to the business. She was nice but it just came off choppy at times. I really feel like she has potential to be very good she needs more direction or practice perhaps.

The grounds of the property were immaculate. That was impressive in the very beginning. Then I met the sales person who was extremely energetic, delightful. She was easy to talk to. I didn't feel like I was on an interview with question after question thrown at me. We had a one-on-one conversation, which let me be a lot more comfortable.
