I ve been living in this apartment for a month now. We had a couple problems in the sink system on a Sunday. and the service team came and fixed it in the same day, considering the problem will effect us badly if it was done later. I am enjoying being so close to a nice green walking area, and being in a nice and family friendly environment.

My visit to the community was pleasant. The leasing agent was pleasant and the community was well-kept.

The Lakes in the Village is a very nice, clean and safe community. The management team here is awesome and very responsive to questions and concerns. The location is really convenient to shops, restaurants and transportation.

Ive lived in The Lakes at the Village for about 2 months now. I absolutely LOVE it. The property is very well maintaned and the lakes are beautiful. My son loves all the ducks and the trails. There are always people out walking/jogging/biking and it just feels like a community. Security is top notch and always present. I recommend this property to all of my friends. And I will DEFF be signing another lease once mine runs up.

I really enjoyed the visit to this community and would love to live there. The feel of the community is like you are in a beautiful park setting and relaxing by a lake watching the ducks. I was amazed at the beautiful flowers in bloom and the large trees everywhere.

Excellent and well-kept apartment. A couple minutes of walk to the lake in the Village. Outstanding maintenance staff! They have care teams who organize events and you can meet your neighbor :) Everything is great except the rent may be a little more than other apartment complexes of the same year and size. But the Lakes offer much more than just the apartment so it's totally worth it.

I searched for several years to find the 'best place' to live Dallas. The Lakes in the Village provides a variety of apartment options and amenities. It is in an ideal location - close to shopping and major roads/highways. I enjoy walking around the pond and/or the community, and an easy walk to the country club.

The Lakes has been able to maintain a high quality property and still keep the overall price lower than most apartment complexes.

I'm overall satisfied with the Lakes. I'm just disappointed with the payment method. They don't allow I to use all types of credit cards and they charge exorbitant amount to pay with visa or MasterCard. I have an Amex and I can't even use that. I wish they would let me use my Amex to do recurring payments

This community is beautiful. It was very quiet and very clean. I would feel good living here.

The Lakes is conveniently located. The value for what you get is less than reasonable.

My husband and I have a 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. We love the space and feel it is conducive for two people. The village is a great place for young adults as far as location in Dallas and things to participate in. There are a lot of great amenities on the property such as the trail, gym and country club. Although we have not participated in many of the events that are held, there is plenty of opportunity to go and have fun with other residents. There are some down sides to the apartment , as are with any apartment. Walls are thin. We hear our neighbors alarm go off every morning around 6:30am. The shower head is a little low, as my husband had a hard time standing under it. We also hear the lawn crew on the weekends. Not as loud for us since we are in the third floor, but first floor residents get an ear full. There is not a lot of covered parking. I have been on the waiting list since we moved in and still have not recieved one. Overall, as this is out first apartment rental, we are satisfied. The village is a great place to start out and allows you to be close to dining and nightlife activities.

Not only is this a great location, but the property is kept immaculate and I always feel safe. The staff is so friendly and helpful - always willing to go above and beyond. Maintenance requests are always completed by the time I get home from work. There have been a couple of times I've run into part of the crew outside and mentioned a problem I was having, and they would jump right into fixing it.
