The community was located conveniently near some of the best shopping and dining. The community was beautifully maintained. The amenities were outstanding, including the free Country Club membership. The apartment was a nice value. The leasing staff was friendly, enthusiastic, and made me feel right at home.

I really enjoyed this shop. I was impressed not only with the LPC and her knowledge, but had I been in the market to lease, I would have definitely signed a lease. I felt the property price range was reasonable for the amenities. The property was well maintained, clean and seemed to be a place where I would have enjoyed calling home. The leasing agent was very professional.

The community was a bit older but they were doing nice upgrades to the apartments.

My overall experience was really good. I would consider living there if the price was more reasonable.

Conveniently located, beautiful and functional grounds, great staff....

I would and have recommended the Lakes and the Village. The location is wonderful and the grounds are so well kept it is hard to even believe. Staff throughout the organization are friendly and helpful. And, I feel very safe here-even jogging before dawn around the lakes.

It's outdated. I'm fine with that it is 1980's era, but the price should reflect so.

My perceptions was that the community was a place of excitement and adventure. Surrounded by mature shade trees and a park-like setting, with plenty of fun time amenities. The apartments were spacious floor plans, filled with modern features and conveniences. A prime location in the heart of all that the city had to offer. There was many nearby shops, dining, entertainment venues and the community was just minutes away from major employment and freeways. My impression of the staff was they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My impression of the community itself was a positive one.

The Lakes are very convenient, but the apartments are on the expensive side for the quality of the buildings.

With an awesome membership to a Country Club, this apartment is great for singles and families alike. With a central location and tons of parking, this is a great place to enjoy life to the fullest.
