I would recommend this community to a friend because of the location and the apartment staff and maintenance. However, I would warn anyone moving here to be wary of the ever increasing rent prices. This will drive away good, long-term tenants.

It's safe, clean. Everyone is friendly, neighbors are quiet and polite and the staff is very cordial and professional. It's also a good location and the amenities are enjoyable.

The Marquis at Silver Oaks has a beautiful walking trail and offers a bit of shady, open space that keeps it from feeling cold and cramped like so many other apartment complexes. The amenities are nice and any maintenance issues are dealt with right away.

The only reason I would recommend it is to be able to live close to a friend or family member. Otherwise the location is just not something I would recommend. If it was in a different location I would recommend it.

This community promotes many things that make you feel like you're home. The many different activities as well as the amenities available are just right.

It's hard for me to comprehend that the rent goes up by several percent with each new signing of the lease... :/ but everything else is fantastic!

This community really caters to the needs of the resident with amenities that are above and beyond those offered by other communities in the area. I could envision my stay with the community as a home I could enjoy as much as the amenities that are available, some of which I have never seen offered for residents.
