I always felt safe, even walking my dog after 9:30pm. The maintenance was always handled quickly and efficiently. Our AC went out in the wee hours on a Friday. The maintenance man arrived within an hour of my maintenance request. The unit needed to be replaced and couldn't be done until Monday. A large temporary AC unit was put in place so we wouldn't be without AC until the unit could be replaced.

I do not want my family and friends living in the same apartment complex as I do. I would highly recommend the complex to complete strangers that I liked though.

Just because of the noise factor on the patio and poor noise insulation for apartment above. I've lived in other apartments and I have to say this is not the norm.

The community was attractive and priced competitively for the area. The leasing professional presented an excellent match for my stated needs and budget. He was very thorough in his presentation and gave the impression that residents were well cared for. I would have leased here and would gladly recommend this community.

The traffic situation has made a this somewhat nice area quite poor for commute. I expect it to get only worse given that the construction is not expected to end until 2017.
Originally we were told that the construction would be finished in early 2017, but our most recent update is that they will be finished by mid to late 2016. The good news is, is that Grapevine and the surrounding areas are growing, and that while it will always continue to grow with new restaurants and shops, the construction will be over soon and our central location will be right in the heart of the metroplex with easier access to both Dallas and Fort Worth.
I will promise to continue to keep you guys updated on the progress and any changes to your daily commute, and I promise to continue to provide you and your family an excellent place to live. We pride ourselves on customer service and having an excellent maintenance team, and I just want you guys to know that I am on your side. If there are any suggestions that you have for our team, please let me know. We are working on staying open later a few nights a week to offer an opportunity for those that can never make it during our regular hours to get packages or to our resident events, a chance to attend.

The staff was nice and friendly. The inside of the apartment was very neat and was a great floor plan.

If people like construction, traffic, driving a long distance to a grocery store, and having to park far away because there is limited parking then I would not recommend it.
