Location is the major plus. Dog breeds and amount of residents that do not clean up after their dogs is a big "would not".

The community offered many amenities that I have not seen at others such as, the guarantees, car wash, a coffee machine that caters to all, and a theater room. The gym was well outfitted to take care of any fitness needs. The community was also quiet even though it was situated right by the main road. All in all, good value for the investment, more of a country feel than a modern feel to it.

The community is really good and I would recommend for sure, but I would suggest to this community to be better to have cleaning process to common areas like the Hall in front of the apartments and stairs. Since I move almost one year ago I never saw any cleaning and its looking real dirty.

I would recommend but feel in the last year the people who live here don't seem to care as much and I feel we get a lot of people from the other apartments that use our stuff. The community people don't pick up their dog poop or obey the rules of not being off leash and people leave a mess in the car wash. I also swear there are 6-8 people living above us that jump on the floor. I also don't feel it is as safe as it was when I first moved in.
I know most of this is out of your control and probably happens at all apartments but those would be the honest answers I would tell people. I do tell people all the time I love living here and the staff is friendly and a great location.
