Safe, friendly, but I would warn them about the price. The pet deposit is not do-able. We knew the carpet would not smell like pet urine because higher deposit would mean cleaner.

Construction and overpriced on remodeled units

I loved the tour I was given by the leasing professional and would have certainly leased. The apartment she found for me on the first floor was perfect for my family's needs. I did not however like the sure deposit. I felt like it penalizes people who had good credit and did not cause damages. You are forced to pay it and not get anything back of paying a $500 deposit.

The grounds at this property are nice and well maintained. The amenities are endless and something for everyone. The apartments are big and reasonably priced. The staff here are friendly and helpful, I would recommend this property to any one looking for a new apartment home.

I feel safe in this community & it has lots of amenities and is centrally located near restaurants & near the Grapevine Mills Mall which is within walking distance

Office personnel seem to simply go through the motions; they do and say whatever it takes to get you to sign the lease, but after that they don't really provide much real help when a negative situation arrises.

The apartment was up to date and trendy. The property put you in the mind of a resort. The community activities made the property exceptional. The décor was a mix between relaxing and business.

I would only recommend this complex if management takes care of the existing loyal residents by way of rent discounts and/or unit upgrades and/or repairs

Until the construction is completed I would probably not recommend it UNLESS they worked from home. If you don't have leave the complex I would recommend it.
