This is a great complex! It's safe, pet friendly with a brand new dog park, has 2 pools, has a 2-mile walking trail next to it, near the mall and lots of restaurants, and they have food trucks that come sometimes which is AWESOME! The office staff are all very friendly and helpful, and service requests get taken care of quickly. The rent was also good for this area when we were looking. In addition, they host many fun events to meet neighbors. I am also so glad I got an apartment with an attached garage, and I would recommend that to anyone. It gives you lots of storage space and makes the apartment feel more like a townhouse with its own private entrance. It also allows you to have cookouts with neighbors, as they allow personal grills in the driveways. We have met lots of neighbors this way, which makes our home even more enjoyable. My only complaint is that the appliances need a serious upgrade. They're pretty old... but work nevertheless.

The grounds are kept clean and well maintained, maintanence issues are taken care of right away, and I am happy overall with my living experience so far...

Would:
1- Convenient location, although difficult to exit property in traffic.
2- Responsive to maintenance needs
3- Quiet
4- Good parking
5- Nice landscaping, especially at the front of the property
6- Jogging trail

Would not:
1- Trash pickup at front door (looks/smells when greeting visitors)
2- Outside windows never cleaned.
3- Lost picnic area
4- Short office hours; sometimes difficult to pick up packages, etc.
5- Dark entry; dark before auto lights turn on.

I would recommend it because it's a safe, nice community and the apartments are generally a decent price for this area and they have more storage space than many apartments. Also because of the office staff... not every community has nice, respectful staff.

This community is beautiful and the layout of the apartment flowed very well.

The breezeways are not cleaned regularly and some tenants leave garbage during non trash removal hours and I am sure they do not receive notices of $25.00 fine as I have for leaving the complex issued garbage bin during non trash hours. I would be ashamed to have someone visit when the breezeways are at their filthiest!

Little to no storage space for basic needs. Amenities not upto par and staff could care less who you are.

The only way is if they live in a section where there are plenty of parking spaces available.

Great location, dog park, walking trail and community activities are reasons I would recommend this complex.

The only reason i wouldn't is bc it's easy to hear a lot of sounds thru the walls and ceilings

As long as the person requesting a recommendation isn't going to live near the dumpsters, I would recommend they try it...if the apartment will be near one of the dumpsters, I would recommend they stay far away.

This was a very nice community. The staff were great. I was excited about the possibility of calling this place home.

This complex is the worst! For one, they can't keep a stable staff, the they are so clueless. They wait until an hour before to send out important emails. Also, they never notify if USPS leaves mail in the office. My sister sent me a package and it was in there office for two months and I didn't know. Plus, the gates are always broken, they never answer the office phone, and always blame the UPS driver for delivering packages to another property. They are just too lazy to sort them when they come in. They are old and need updating. Seriously, who still has mirrors on apartment walls?! And, they do these stupid contest for free upgrades. Ummmm.... Shouldn't they be doing upgrades, anyway?

A great community to be in!

I would not recommend these apartments due to the family oriented nature and the rising rates with no interior investment. I would recommend my friends to look into the Irving/Los Colinas or Plano area for a more younger lifestyle, and where financially assisted families are not taking over the entire complex, and where the property mgmt focuses on the property and not making sure we have a food truck of the 6 person families living in a 2 bdrm apartment.
