It's a better value than the apartments nearby, so if someone were going to move to this specific area, I might recommend it. In general however, the area has very high cost of living and I'd more likely recommend someone move further out and get more for their money.

pay to much for what you get ( the place is old but you want to charge for rent like the new places going up all around this same complex that are a lot nice on the inside )!

It has great amenities and is a clean complex. The maintenance is very good with great response times. The only downside is how little parking there is on the left side compared to the right side (looking at the club house).

The overall community was well-maintained and had a lot of great amenities to offer. The homes were well-maintained and nicely appointed. The on-site staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I would be happy to call the community home.

We have lived here for years and are so taken back by this new group of mangers. Its like hell trying to talk to them. And they dont talk to you unless they want money.

The community was next to a mall, two highways and restaurants. The leasing agent was very detail oriented and described all the features.

I really want to live in this community. I was overwhelmed with the amenities, the community, the location and the office staff. I was able to see the office staff interact with other residents and it was very pleasing.
