Price is high and covered parking is scarce. Office staff is awesome however and it's a decent location

We hear every noise above our apartment. Entrance to our apartment is dirty and has never been cleaned.

Some of the reasons I don't completely agree with this statement is because:
1. Not enough parking space.
2. Faced a lot of problems with the refrigerator and dryer and I initially moved in.

I would recommend based on the fact that I like the upgrades of the apartment, flooring and granite countertops are nice. Have a home feeling although it's an apartment.
