Its very disheartening to that after three years of living here I have to move due to the rent increase and how CWS would rather have new people and get market value than work with current residents and meet their needs. I have shopped other CWS properties and have drawn the conclusion that they are money driven instead of customer service driven. Location is great, dont live in a one bedroom with the mirrorred closet when your neighbors move the doors it sounds like they are falling through the ceiling.

This community has one of the best locations around. It is right around the corner from a lot of entertainment. The property shows very well, and had several nice amenities.

I feel safe and enjoy all personnel.

the fence near the creek looks horrible.

It's a nice complex but I believe there are better values elsewhere.

I really do like Marquis. My only "complaint" would be that it would be nice if some simple fixes were offered after a year of living. I've been there for two years, but I've not had carpets cleaned, showers recaulked, etc. Little maintenance things would be a very nice thank you for staying.

This is an outstanding property in a great location offering premium amenities. The atmosphere at this location seemed different than most, as the team seemed to genuinely enjoy working with each other as well as with the guests that came and went during my visit.

Marquis at Silver Oaks are amazing! We've only lived here for a few months but compared to our last apartment complex, we are living in luxury! The staff is awesome & very helpful, the floorplan is perfect for us, the neighbors have been friendly & nice, and the location is great! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

Although I have truly liked living here in previous years I would be concerned to recommend the community to friends who most likely would also enjoy having peace and quiet while at home.

Please read all the other comments. Good place just pricey for what is being offered on the overall package.

At first upon entering the office I wasn't immediately greeted, but rather I made the first attempt to say anything. Melanie and another represenative were sitting at their desks. And I approached who was to be Melanie as I asked and then she stated who she was. I felt we got off to a slow start but then the conversation picked up quickly and off we went. Melanie is a pleasant young lady and asked several questions to get to know my needs. However, she did not ask me for my id prior to viewing the apartment. Overall she was very knowledgeable and provide me with a lot of information to make a decision.

I already have suggested this community to several people at work.

Only for the location. And We would advise them to avoid the front office if you want to have a good day.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. YES, THE OUTSIDE SCENERY IS NICE TO LOOK AT, BUT THE WALLS AND CEILINGS ARE REALLY THIN AND THE NOISE COMING FROM MY NEIGHBORS ABOVE ME AND BESIDE ME IS RIDICULOUS.

Rent is too high (should be 100-200 dollars less). Parking is pretty bad in the front. Lots of noise from the road when you live in the front. Nice area but probably wouldn't recommend as price/worth.
