Reasonably safe and quiet considering its location. Excellent landscaping. Armed security patrol is a good deterrent against criminals based in neighboring areas (for example, shady brook/park lane ghetto area), but is not of much use in a time-sensitive situation. Outsourcing of maintenance dispatch has caused personal touch and quality of communication to suffer. Communication with front office is challenging, as Lincoln provides only enough staffing there to sign up new tenants and get leases signed. Quality of materials used within the units (replacement fixtures, faucets, etc) has gone down dramatically, emphasizing short term profit over long term quality and durability.

I really enjoyed touring the property and meeting with the agent. The area was nice and and had great amenities for the residents.

I think the leasing agent could've tried a little harder to help me. She could've offered me a bigger apartment. She didn't do this. She didn't tell me about the amenities either.

Property is nice, but some of the amenities such as the laundry rooms are not well maintained. Maintenance services seem to take a while to be fixed. Online payment is good when your account works, but when you find out they changed your account login and details right before rent is due, it's quite frustrating. Not sure why leases continue to be not for full year, probably so they can run up the price of apartment quicker.

There's a lot of stuff to do. It's in a great area. The staff is great and I highly recommend living here.

The community appears to be a nice property however, in an area with over a dozen other properties, I was not presented with anything that would make it stand out. Although very kind, the leasing professional did not take the time to get any information on me or offer to tour me the property which made me feel like my leasing there was not very important.

Great location & amenities. There are always plenty of activities for residents, such as movies, special events, pancake breakfasts, to name a few.

Good staff, willing to help and quickly resolve issues.

Any service request have been meet within 24-48 hours. Noise level is very low at appropriate times of day/night. There are children here but you can not tell. There are pets here and you can not tell. Property is well maintained. Cmunity leaders reach out to you.

The Gate in the historic Village are of Dallas, have provided me what I need in a living arangment at this time in my life. They are clean, well maintained for the age of the apartment. You could have more a modern or current living space as housing trends go, and you will pay more.

The leasing professional naturally engaged me in conversation to uncover my needs. The leasing professional showed me the community with confidence and told me about the numerous amenities within the community and close proximity to shopping/dining. If I were seriously looking for a new apartment, I would have proceeded to sign a lease at this location.
