Living here is like living in a resort. With perfect amenities from country club, a great trail to jog around and wonderful leasing office staff to greet you, I think this has to be by far the best assets of Lincoln Property real estate.

I thought that the agent was great, but the apartments were not mt favorite. They were old, but the agent did a good job of trying to sell them. The agent seemed friendly and spoke very highly of everyone and everything in the community.

I love the older buildings and the nature. Please stop redeveloping everything. The Village is an institution. Your new sign outside of the country club is quite unsightly and seems to be an indicator of the direction you are going. Not happy.

As a new Dallas resident this was the perfect place for my wife and I to start in Dallas. The properties are very well kept, the staff is helpful and timely, and it is right off the expressway with easy access to the city. The amenities of the country clubs and sports complex are great too.

I would tell my friends to not live in The Gate in the Village. My apartment seems to be attracting a lot of bugs, but it might be because I m on the first floor. I have had a roly poly infestation within the first few weeks and it seems to still be there. In fact today I found a giant roach in my bathroom. Another time I had a giant spider dangle itself in front of my face while I was taking a shower. Also the water does not run hot for very long when taking a shower so I usually have to be quick. The appliances and everything else are okay but this bug problem is especially ridiculous.
