Hello. In general i have been very happy here. Recently the night crew came to fix something. he was not nice and did not complete work, however, the regular day full time crew fixed the issue immediately. Also the rent continues to go up even for those of us that have been here over 15 years. Does loyalty count for anything?

Just the buildings are getting old and your paying for their maintenance.
Thank you for responding to our survey. We are one of the more established communities in The Village, however resident's do not pay for maintenance. Maintenance is provided free of charge and 24/7 in The Village. Please let me know if there is an issue that we can help with. Thank you.

You pay to much for what I am getting
The Gate is one of the more mature communities in the Village, however still offers great amenities. Prices do change daily, keeping in line with the market, but are very competitive prices. We do offer some of the largest floor plans The Village, along with a great location. If you think that your rent is too high please come in at renewal, and we would be more than happy to discuss.
