Safe, well maintained property with outstanding workers

The leasing professional for this property was prepared and quite pleasant.

If I were an actual customer considering leasing here, I honestly would, and the main reason is because it is so quiet. The amenities were great, especially when she stated to me that the office offered different activities for the residents so that everyone could have that chance to meet one another, as well as visit with their neighbors.

I have found living in The Gate in the Village a pleasant experience. Great value in relation to other complexes. Not the most modern and also not the most expensive.

The natural surroundings lend to peace of mind. It is the perfect location for going anywhere in Dallas and the perfect locations for heading in any direction outside of Dallas. The buildings are very aesthetic and the grounds are impeccably well kept. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Security is visible at any time. It is very quiet at the Gate and my pet is welcomed by everyone.

The landscaping was very beautiful. There were large shade trees and lovely flowers, and the entrance was inviting. The community was updated and well maintained. However, the cabinetry and appliances in the apartment I saw were not as updated as some of the others. It was in a great location in central Dallas with all the amenities available to the residents. However, I did feel that the prices in this particular apartment community were a little high for the size and age of the apartments.

The leasing professional really made me feel welcome. The community offered a great deal in amenities. The community was very nicely maintained. It was in a convenient location to the best in shopping and dining.

The community had everything I could want, except a garage. It did have covered parking spaces. One of the greatest draws to this apartment was that it had a Country Club right across the street that offered free classes, use of gym, tennis courts and a built-in social aspect.

Perfect location. Quick access to highways and in a central location. Community is very quiet and we feel extremely safe here. Community events all the time as well. All in all a great place to live.

I highly recommend checking out this property when seeking new places to call home. The units here while not recently built are roomy and well maintained with nice appliances for the price. The property itself is well maintained and the office staff is outstanding in assisting with any needs you might have. I have enjoyed my time here and recently just renewed my lease.

Gate in the Village is a perfect neighborhood for all of the pet lovers. It has a great location, great value for the price and great maintenance services.

It's not the fanciest or newest complex in the Village, but the price is right and the location is great. The staff is friendly and professional, the community is kept clean and maintained, and the location is hard to beat.

It is a great location and plenty of activities. Maintenance is extremely quick to respond and the rent is okay for the area.

What I find disappointing is that the laundry rooms are lowering capacity by cutting the number of washers from 4 to 2. On top of that, the price of a washer load and a dryer load was increased by 25%! AND THEN the dryers were replaced with much smaller dryers!

I was hoping the renovations would be for the better but I am extremely disappointed by this move.

Little consideration how you expect there residents to deal with small inadequate laundry faculty's 2 washers and dryers in a community like this is rediculous..
