Although the apartments are clean and safe, other details of the community (e.g. landscaping, construction) have not been up to expectations.

A great clean community to live in.

The property had great curb appeal. The grounds, parking areas, and common areas were all well kept. The leasing agent was personable, warm, and created a relaxed atmosphere. She was efficient and knowledgeable about everything on and off site.

Very good...satisfied with the life there

The Gate is an older section of The Village and if you look closely you can tell, but it's not bad. Dogs and cats are allowed; most residents are considerate enough to clean up afterward, maintenance cleans the rest. The landscaping was really poorly maintained until recently. Management hired new landscapers so now it's nice again. The two-bedroom is one of the largest in the community and is comfortable. Rent amounts change throughout the year so much so that the same apt rent amount could fluctuate as much as $300-500 depending on when you sign your contract. The best part of living in The Village community is how beautiful and relaxing it is. Driving into the oak filled community it is easy to forget that just one main street (Greenville) away is the hustle and bustle of concrete and 75. I love the beauty of this place.

I appreciate the beauty of the grounds, the gym facilities and the nice areas for walking my dog. I generally meet nice residents here, too.

Overall, I really enjoyed my visit to the community. The apartment was very well maintained and offered a good value for the money. The people were very friendly and easy to talk to. I was treated like an honored guest and would definitely consider the apartment community if I was in the market for a new home.

I would lease here. The patio is amazing and they have a lot of amenities.

All I can say is that it is a wonderful place to live, and I call it HOME!

Living at The Gate has been a wonderful experience. I can say that at this time of my life, living in a house, was just too hard. That was the reason I moved to an apartment. The Gate provides safety, beautiful landscaping, always a clean pool, friendly staff members and an excellent maintenance crew. This has been the most fun I have had in a long time. It's an easy life living in The Gate. No worries, friendly people and I love all of the flowers.

The Gate is fantastic. Everything was working and immaculately clean when we moved in. The space we have is huge and perfect for our needs and our price. It's nice and quiet but still fits our active and social lifestyle.
