I really liked this community. While the apartment itself did not have every amenity possible, the community itself made up for it.

People are concerned about when you're going to tear the place down. It would help to know that we all might be given a year's notice...as I would assume you will know At Least that long before it happens...Thanks

Nice place to live

The property was nice, but the apartment shown was dated. The agent was unprepared to answer questions about the area and shopping. She also was not quite sure where the apartment was located.

The property is very nice and well maintained, and the leasing professional is very outgoing.

I would recommend The Gate

Excellent choice . Extremely well lighted in early hours, I feel very secured to live here, due to security people almost always driving around through the area.

I cannot imagine living anywhere else than in The Gate in The Village. I've just signed up for my 25th year in the same apartment in The Gate. The entire property is wonderfully landscaped and managed. Any apartment maintenance work required is done timely and professionally. I would hate to live somewhere that was NOT managed by LPC.

The associate was very professional, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable of the community.

The property was clean and in good condition. The apartment I saw was nice and spacious. The leasing agent communicated information in a friendly and professional manner.

The apartments are older, but they are spacious, and the first floor patios are great Couldn't be happier
