It's in a great area the apartments are nice and it's always quiet

i love the location and the apartments, however there is one person in the office that has begun to change my mind about staying. she has been rude and insulting and i feel like a second class citizen when dealing with her. I had made arrangments to move from a 1 bedroom to a three bedroom, but the hassle she has exposed me to has me looking for someplace else to move to.

I am very comfortable there.

Very convenient with plenty of things to do at your fingertips.

One of the base places closest to down town, with all amenities and that is affordable.

I wish someone would spray for roaches. I have seen extremely large ones crawling on the concrete.

It's a bit more expensive, but it is well maintained and safe.

Parking is the biggest issue for me as I get home late at night. If I didn't have to park around the corner from my apartment it would be nice especially late at night.... If there was one designated parking spot per apartment would help.

The landscaping of this community is quite beautiful.

I love watching the squirrels from outside my window. Therefore, you can tell that this apartment complex was built around trees, and they are keep the apartment in great condition where the trees are not ones that have just been planted. The office staff is very friendly and personable (and even the guy who came by to change the filters).
I've only been to the restaurant a couple of times, because the waitress wasn't very nice. The other time I tried going was during the movie night. We couldn't hear the movie, and this was even after we ask if it could be turned up. I thought the movie idea was fun, but it is a waste of time if you can't hear it.

The Gate in the Village is a pleasant community to live in. Unlike other apartment complexes it feels more like a community. The residents are friendly, the buildings are well kept, and I love all of the old trees.

I love my unit. The sfaff is wonderful. The few maintenance calls that I have made were responded to quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that parking is too far from my front door.

I would tell them that is an excellent place to live in, the scheduled activities are an excellent way to know the neighbors.

The apartments' amenities are first class and the people that lives in The Gate are very respectful.

Very convenient

Visiting the community was a very pleasant experience. The big, shady trees along the sidewalks are nice to see, and the units are all very well maintained. Living in the community would be a very enjoyable.
