Good living place. Generally quiet.

I,ve sent endless new tenants over 14 years -- to these different properties

Great location in Dallas where it's still affordable. I'm getting twice the square footage at a lower price than my old place in Uptown.

I would consider leasing at the community. From the amenities that I saw and the way the leasing professional described everything, I envisioned myself living there. It appeared to be very quiet and comfortable.

I would live in this property, because of the location and the Country Club.

It's a beautiful community with the walking trail and ponds. Lots of pools. Generally quiet. Family oriented.

They may not be the best or newest apartments but it is hard to compete with the price or the location

Large floor plans, beautiful green space between buildings fostering a home-like environment, nice people, good service.

Have recommended to friends who now live here.

Because of the small kitchen and the "oldness" of the apartment. If that is what you are looking for, this place is great. And the best value around.

I would be more inclined if not for all my maintenence issues and the high rent. All the flowers, lawns, trees, walking paths, and ponds are great! I am always disappointed when new complexes are built without these in mind.

I would recommend it here but I would tell them to see where the apt they would be leasing is. The bedrooms of mine are on the parking lot and right over the fence is parking and restaurants and Greenville Ave. I have gotten used to the DART noise but there are still the restaurants.

I was pleased, definitely satisfied, with my reception. The attention to my needs and what I wanted was definitely genuine. The staff engaged in their duties and worked diligently to accomplish their goals.

It is a beautiful property. The maintenance is top the roof, the location extra.

The apartments are showing their age in many ways. Particularly in the area of heat and sound insulation vs modern buildings.

Unfortunately the rent is rising as well.

The staff is very friendly, responsive and considerate though.
