The community is beautiful with landscaping design throughout. The pool area was nicely designed with decor and grilling area. The staff was accommodating and professional.

The community was in a terrific location. They have easy access to shopping, dining, and the highways. The landscaping and grounds were attractive and wonderfully maintained. The model apartment was beautifully furnished and attractive. It was an above average value. The leasing professional had a wonderful attitude. She was helpful and genuinely interested in helping me find and apartment.

There were several properties to choose from but it was a great price for a two bedroom.

The community was a place of comfort and convenience. It was centrally located to everything and there was access to a Country Club. The apartments were filled with modern and upgraded features and floor plans were spacious. The amenities were inviting and offered at home pleasure and enjoyment. My impression of the staff was they were a group of cheerful, helpful and dedicated employees eager to service your needs. My impression of the community itself was a positive one.

The curb appeal was very inviting and serene. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the setting very resort like. I would be proud to call this community my home.

I love all the options of things to do in the Village. The Village has encouraged me to have an active lifestyle with the exercise facility, jogging paths, and the very active community. I (mostly) feel safe here. Lots of young people! Very comfortable community to be around.

The agent was upbeat and pleasant. She made special mention of the Country Club and the activities. She told me the Country Club had a restaurant and a bar. She also mentioned the fitness center and the convenience of having the feature across the street from the apartment. The property was older, but it was well maintained. The appliances looked old and dated. The floor plan was a good size. The value was fair considering the age of the property.
