I would recommend it to someone who was looking for a pet friendly apartment with some great amenities. However if someone was looking for a cheaper option with better gym equipment I would recommend something else.

I think it is really nice, love the layouts, and a great place to live. It may be at the top of the budget for some friends though.

No strong negatives. I'm finding that your "neighbors" in your complex have very different standards. Ex., the doormats outside the doors on my corridor are dirty and ugly. But if you are 20, doormats are not exactly your top priority.

If rent increases may not recommend because other options at Lesser price could probably be found. This was partial reason I saw neighboring apt and three friends reason for moving .

Would not recommend to pet owners, I do not appreciate having new requirements being imposed that are not in my lease agreement. I am ethically opposed to DNA registrations.

I wanted to thank you for taking the time to complete the online survey for us. Even though you are unhappy with the implementation of the Carolina Poo Prints program, I really appreciate you responding to the survey.
As a Community Director, I am constantly trying to think of ways to improve our community and one of our biggest issues over the years in the industry as a whole has been pet waste being left on the grounds. This has been such a challenging issue. We ask residents to pick up after their pets and trust that many do however as you probably know there are many who don't. While we continue to pay a company to pick up dog waste weekly, we are striving to persuade all residents to pick up after their own pets. There are so many reasons pet waste should not be left on the grounds including smell, potential health hazards for children and other pets and the inconvenience of having to clean it off your shoes and other clothing items.
When Carolina Poo Prints approached us about their program, we saw not only the benefit of the DNA program but the registry program as well. Over the years, we've had many pets from this community and neighboring communities show up at the office area or wondering in the community and now with a way to identify them, we'll be able to hopefully return them to their rightful owner.
With that being said, I welcome any ideas you may have to help with the waste issue. I recognize that Carolina Poo Prints program may not be the perfect answer and am opem to hearing about any other programs you may have read about or heard about that we could use. I continue to look for alternatives and hope you'll share any ideas you may have as well.

The community was very well maintained. The leasing professional did a great job of relating the community to me and I was very happy with everything I saw. The only issue I had was with the other leasing consultant interrupting my consultant during her closing attempts.

It's a safe community, great office staff, quiet, and the price for the apartment is really good. Not a lot of under 30 year olds but it helps with the quiet and no loud noise at night.
