Very nice, friendly, quiet community. Still has community functions and very welcoming. The apartments themselves look nice on the inside and out and withhold their value for the amount paid monthly.

Overall, I felt the apartments were average and not over the top spectacular. The size for the price was competitive, as I am sure you are paying for location as well. The layout and floor plans provide a great example of what the features are in the apartment. I also liked that the information was emailed to me and printed out with a price quote good for a period of time.

The apartment community staff were very welcoming and you had a sense of home when you walked into the office. The leasing agents were very helpful, and will get you where you need to be. The community had a lot to offer, and it was even better that you had access to the amenities at the adjacent property.

It was a beautiful community. I felt that you get a lot of bang for your buck. The amenities were great and the apartments were beautiful. I also loved the 30-day guarantee that they offered, and I thought it spoke volumes, because it told me that they really stood behind their community.

The only way I wouldn't is if rents stay at 13-1400 for a 2 bedroom. There are too many options cheaper elsewhere.

I would recommend the community for it's proximity to major retail stores, highways, airport. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean and well kept.

The demographics of the community appears to be changing. More turnover, louder occupants., etc.
