It is a safe community with good amenities and great service. Parking is a major challenge for the residents and even more so for visitors, but if that is one of the biggest concerns, I can manage.

I would recommend to anyone that can live in an apartment complex with people above and/or below your unit as it can get noisy especially when someone is moving in.
Thank you for completing another on-line survey for us. Your input is so helpful to us. Thank you for letting me know about the pet waste buckets. I'll talk with the maintenance team about increasing the number of times they and Tidy Dog pick up those stations.

I'm torn. I guess it all depends on what they are looking for. If it's luxury, like myself, I will more than likely recommend this apaetment community. If it's for location, I might. IHave a great friend moving to Charlottethis summer, and I would love nothing more there than to recommend the Marquis. However, based on my experience, I'm not sure that I would.

Would - staff is exceptional compared to other apartments I've lived in, the other tenants are quiet & respectful. I'm career-focused and appreciate that it's quiet at nights & the location is so close to where I work (Ballantyne).
Would Not - our appliances are starting to feel old, they definitely don't function to our expectations. Fixtures & countertops also look old, just not particularly attractive to potential tenants (but I also think we're one of the apartments that hasn't been upgraded).

Considering three times a month there was a social gathering on the property, it was appealing. Whether it would be for me or not, I could see it as being attractive for some residents.
