It is great apartment complex and the service and staff is awesome, so many activities for the people who live there. Apartments themselves are pretty good too, external amenities are awesome.

I would have leased today because I really liked the apartment and the amenities and the access to amenities of the sister property which was across the street. The apartment was great for the price and I would have moved and leased immediately just based on that.

Nice quiet community
GREAT Apartment living!
My family has been living here for about 6 months and it truly has been a great experience. maintenance is AMAZING! And the office staff is always helpful when you need something and there GREAT when it comes to giving events! I work ALOT! so I miss them....but it's great to know that there's always something to do. I guess the cons are I live on the 3rd Floor and when it's grocery time or I have furniture or lots of bags form shopping after standing all day at work sometimes 12 and 14 hours the steps are dreadful! And the carpet in the Master Bath, I would prefer vinyl or tile. The UP side to that is I have vaulted ceilings and a great view! If I could do it again and had more time to wait out an opening I would have definitely picked a 1st or 2nd floor with garage. It's very quiet here, clean, and parking is never an issue!

I would to a person looking for a moderate priced apartment in a great area of town. However I would not to anyone looking for a luxury apartment . The updates while nice aren't there yet and it lacks any great social atmosphere.
I want to thank you for making the Marquis your home for the past year and apologize that the community didn't meet your expectations with regard to interior amenities and social events. Your input is very important to me and I welcome an opportunity to chat with you about how we can improve the interior amenities of the apartment homes. With your ideas I can hope to improve our community for the future. As for the social gatherings, your input is valuable there as well. Any ideas you have on that front are also welcome.

This visit was a very upbeat, fun visit. The Leasing Professional was creative and full of life. After our tour, she even went back to the office, got another floor plan and proceeded to try to draw my furniture into each room.

Very good location and property maintained well. the land scaping is kept up very well. It makes it a pretty property.

I would recommend based on location safety etc. I would recommend anyone leading request to see an apartment very comparable to what they will be getting. I was shown the model and it wasn't explained to me the hint I was renting was not an updated model.
