Love everything about the community and my home.

I have enjoyed this community over the years and have felt that it is as good as you can find for the price in this part of Charlotte. It is comparable to the price I would be paying a bit closer into town, but for a slightly better apartment. Some of the amenities don't seem like they are holding up (cabinet finishing easily chips), but it is a good place to start to out in and I enjoy that they have attached garage options, something I don't recall seeing anywhere else.

Community and amenities are safe and clean. Apartments are updated/modern. Office/maintenance quick to respond. Rent is reasonable and location is convenient.

The floors must be incredibly thin! can hear upstairs neighbor walking around and if play music loud, can hear that too. Worst, thinnest floors ever experienced in an apt.

PEACEFUL

The rent is reasonable for what you get and requests are fulfilled within lightening speed. Maintenance is here almost before you hang up. they take great pride in the buildings and grounds.

I feel safe here. Most of my neighbors are friendly and I couldn't have found a better place to live.

Not sure. The overall environment seems to be changing. More kids. More diverse environment for one already diverse. Younger, louder group.

The community was very lush looking with gorgeous landscaping. I could not help but notice immediately how colorful it was outside. The decor in the office and in the model was lovely, colorful and ornate.

Overall, our experience living in this community has been amazing. From the office staff to maintenance staff, who are always willing to help. The way the community is kept clean and tidy, service... we really like living here. We would want other people to experience it too.

Unless you can get a third-floor apartment, the cost to live here is not worth it. Being on the second floor I hear too much from noise (loud television, incessant dog barking, squeaky floors at all hours of the night/early morning, other noises) from my neighbors around me because there is not enough insulation. And with the rent increases getting higher and higher, the average renter cannot afford to live here long-term.
