Neighborhood is very convenient to shopping and the highway.

This community was pristine. It was very well cared for and well landscaped. The apartment I viewed was very clean. The decor in the common area was outstanding. There was a lot of attention to detail in the decor.

The property was very conveniently located. It was also very well maintained and offered nice features. The leasing agent was professional and personable.

Depends on what they're looking for. I think my needs or desires are most likely different from the majority of residents. They are primarily very young, employed, and moving out and on. The complex is probably best suited for them. I'm more permanent.

I think this community is in a great location and offer rent that is competitive with other properties in the area. I do really like that you welcome dogs here and try to make sure the owners follow the rules. As I said above, maintenance is awesome. Another thing I really like is how well sound-proofed the apartments are. I've lived here for almost 3 years now and the only sounds that have bothered me come from my rude neighbors upstairs and people being loud in the breezeway.

I would've recommended this community a couple years ago, but not now. Too pricy and uncaring staff.

This is a great place to live. It is close to shops, and they offer monthly resident events. Not only does it have a pool, but a hot tub as well. All the amenities are great.

I tell everyone about the community because, in my opinion, it is the best place to live in Charlotte!
