I did not see the community amenities. The Leasing Professional did not show me any amenities. The community was in a great location. The apartment layout was nice and elegant.

I was truly impressed not only with Charlotte but with the property. I honestly want to live there. I really had a hard time find something to object to for this report. I have already told several people that when my lease is up, I am moving to the Marquis at Carmel Valley.

I actually have friends who should be coming to look at the apartments soon, they saw my place and loved it!

We have and continue to do so on a regular basis.

Overall I am happy that I decided to move to this community and thank you for taking such good care of your residents!

Minus the large jump in my rent, causing me to get a part time retail job, I love the complex

The reason being the rent - bumping up rent that much was a HUGE issue for me and when I told other people they thought it was exhorbitant as well. There's no bonus for staying here. If you speak highly of the complex, more people move in and then your rent goes up and they say it's "fair market value". It makes no sense.

Recommended the apartments to a relative there was no incentive for this

I would recommend but the company I have had said they would have to live on the top floor. Hearing the neighbors children running and jumping around is extremely distracting and nerve racking.

It is a safe place and quiet to live.

Only if they're family and friends we really want as neighbors! haha

I've had a very positive experience here with only one or two bumps in the road. My car was hit in the parking lot, and whoever did it naturally didn't leave a note. I was pretty sure of who did it, but no way to prove it. I would suggest if, for no other reason than general safety of the complex, having surveillance cameras placed at both entrances/exits.

The floor plan is great, but finish of the apartment is terrible. Everything was done in the cheapest fashion with the cheapest materials (carpet, appliances, countertops, etc.). Many of the doors do not fit the frames due to nothing being properly aligned during construction. It is a nice place, but as with any construction project, it went to the lowest bidder that was willing to throw it up as quickly as possible without attention to detail.

This place will never be recommended. In fact, if any of these survey's actually meant something to CWS, the construction problems would have been addressed years ago.

Absolutely!!! Whenever I am in the office or in the Business Center & I see "potential residents" being shown the property, I ALWAYS tell them that this is a VERY GOOD place to live & give TWO thumbs up!!! :-)
