You are just good folks . And the property design allows those that want to interact with other residents to to so and for others that want to keep to themselves to, also do that.

Its a community of pet owners. Constant barking at early hours and the pet size rule is not enforced.

I have recommended the Marquis many times. I liked Commons more. The noise level on the Valley side is quite a bit higher which really has been a nuisance.

I just leased an apartment at The Marquis at Carmel Valley and I can not wait to move in! I looked at many apartment communities in Charlotte and did not find anything like this community. The customer service that was provided to me was phenominal. Hands down one of the BEST! The apartment that was shown to me was clean and very well maintained. It gave me a good idea of what my apartment will look like. I am looking forward to moving in!
