See comments about exterior maintenance, above. For those reasons, I would likely not recommend anyone moving here. Beyond those comments, I do find the complex to be quiet and peaceful, which I greatly appreciate.

Would because of community and for most apts. My apt needs uplift. Twice painted faux granite countertops (spray painted)in master bath and the sink portion worse than before. Guest bedroom bath sink is in need of repair also; but afraid of faux granite. It doesn't hold up. Dishwasher does not get dishes clean and sounds like gears worn out.
We appreciate your response and comments. Please give the office a call for any work orders that need to be taken care of so we can get that fixed for you as soon as possible. One thing I think could have been better was the music in the leasing office. It was loud and it echoed inside there. I found it distracting when the agent was talking. Also the table was too large and the agent was far away from the client when trying to talk about the floor plans.

I did recommend someone and she has signed a lease to move in. Even with all of the loss of amenities and changes it is still a safe place to live at. The location is ideal and we are not huge mega complex.

The laundry facility is not up to my expectations. The drier takes at least two cycles to completely dry the clothes. There have been occasions where there was no power in the laundry room. Also, the AC unit in my apartment takes a really long time to cool down the apartment.

I would somewhat likely recommend this apartment community because it is in an excellent geographic location. Also, maintenance is provided in a timely fashion, and the office staff is accomodating.

Apartments are not up to "luxury" standards.

no maid service. The grounds do no look like the did when we moved in 5 yrs. ago. I was attracted to look at these apts. because of the beautiful grounds.
Hi there! We are definitely aware of the grounds issue and are currently working with our landscapers to plan out the revitalization of our grounds. We are recovering from an extended drought, and you should see improvements very soon! The maid service was discontinued, however, we do have a great maintenance team who will promptly respond to any maintenance issues you may experience within 24 business hours. We also have the free valet trash, and free pest control services. Those are some of the many services that we offer to ensure we take care of our residents every day. Let us know if you have any other suggestions for improvement, and have a wonderful day.
