I am fortunate to have an apartment that faces the main open courtyard that has 25 or more beautiful live oak trees and the grounds are always immaculate. It is always quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoy seeing the families enjoying time in the park and pool area in the spring, summer and fall.

The community looked fantastic for a community over 20 years old. I loved the trees and the upkeep of the grounds. The apartment homes looked great, and I found real value in the leasing prices. I found the leasing staff to be very friendly and professional.

Horrible speed bumps, or as my friends call them, "speed mountains". Need to create a dog park, and have bulk trash pick-up.

I would recommend my very pleasant living experience but warn them about big annual rent increases.

Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community home was comforting. What the community offered in exchange for the rental rate was commendable. It was an above average deal for the money. I would probably recommend the community to family and friends.

The staff is friendly and responsive. It is a peaceful and very comfortable place to call home. The management consistently tries to improve and beautify the units/grounds. It is a much prettier place to live than apartments that are only a few years old.
