Forcing me to recurring electronic debit, after 13 years of never paying late one month, is absolutely, positively a deal killer for me. My financial planner and my banker advise against my agreeing to this, but I have heard that I will have no choice, other than moving. This rule will NEVER earn a recommendation form me; on the contrary, I have recently not recommended for this one reason.
Thank you for your feedback regarding our auto-debit payment amenity. This program was implemented with our client’s best interest in mind: it is more secure than checks (which contain personal & banking information); recurring auto-debit means “set it & forget it” – one less thing on your To Do list to worry about; complete privacy & control – only the clients have access to their information through their personal resident portal, they can edit payments at any time, and they can select a “maximum” limit (meaning, the recurring payment will only debit the amount owed). Though transitioning from paper checks to electronic payments is understandably harder for some, we are happy to know this has been a welcomed tool for our client’s busy lifestyles. The property had a park like setting with plenty of trees and space. The clubroom and pool/patio area were spacious. I viewed a two bedroom apartment with a large master bedroom and a large living area. The light fixtures and counter tops had been upgraded. It was a split floor plan. The rental rate was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this community.

The Maintenance experiences have honestly been the only thing to actually turn me off about the Marquis at Deerfield. The office staff is incredibly sweet and very helpful, the facilites are nice. Everything was wonderful, except the maintenance done in my unit.

As good as the location has always been for me and my family, the delapidation of the grounds, elimination of the maid service, unfriendly maintenance staff, and lack of spirit around the community is making me leave. The increase in rent EVERY renewal doesn't help either! I honestly don't know how you justify it. Just a couple months ago, 1/2 of my building was empty!

This needs to be stated plainly: This gorgeous property in one of the most expensive zip codes of San Antonio badly needs investment, and high level attention to the rejuvenation thereof. You will attract less and less affluent, desirable clientele if you don't clean this place up, upgrade, freshen...
