One of the reasons I have stayed so long and I have recommended this apartment community is that the staff, and maintainence staff has been exceptional in the pass. We have a new staff and time will tell. So far they have been very nice and have assisted me when needed. I feel that one of the assets of this community was how helpful Curt was to all of us and came out on his own time to help us when needed,THAT WENT BEYOND HIS RESPONSIBLITY TO THE COMMUNITY. He is greatly missed.

I was pleased with this community. It was in a great location and offered a very comfortable living experience. The staff was friendly and seemed accommodating.

Like I said poor amenities, bad management, false promises . You would get better rental place for same price.

I wouldn't because Marquis and Dearfield is not worth the amount of money it charges, and the staff doesn't stay around long enough to care about how their attitudes and lack of compassion effect their residents. I am not the ONLY one who has harsh feelings, FYI

I love the apartments interior and exterior design which makes it feel like living in a home. I would recommend these apartments, but most people I know would prefer to purchase a home as oppose to paying the amount charge to rent at the Marquis.

I think it is now overpriced for what we are getting.

The community showed well. The upgrades were really nice. I liked the black granite counters and the black appliances. I also liked the cabinets. Good choice in keeping everything comparable to new construction. It seemed like a quiet, friendly community.

The model apartment used for demonstration was outstanding, clean and very appealing. What made it outstanding is the fact that they offer maid service, a big plus in my book. The leasing professional was very professional in her presentation and, although I detected a tinge of impatience when I created the challenge of repetition, it did not detract from my positive experience-I detected the tinge because I created it and this can be heard at 20:40 when she points out that "this is the master bedroom." It made me feel like I was being chastised and that it was presumed, since I had the brochure in my hand, I should know where I was at; it is a subtle shift from professional presentation to personal quirk. However, the rest of the demonstration was professional and I felt that the leasing agent summoned up all her training to close the deal, from restating that the apartment was everything I has asked for and creating a sense of urgency of other tenants in line for the property. If I were really in the market for an apartment, Marquis would get a vote of confidence, as to the esthetic value.
