Leasing Agents tone was RUDE!

I called the office and the leasing agent who answered the phone sounded annoyed when I asked a couple of question. If you are having a bad day, I highly recommend that you let someone else answer calls that come through the office. You shouldn't take it out on the caller! Plus, I speak English and only understand English and she provided me with an answer that sounded like it was in Spanish, that I had to ask her to repeat it twice. Rude!

Noise from some residents is out of control. There are cars parked in front of building 5 that have not moved in months. No action taken by office

Everything is very good except the lease breakage terms and condition. I don't like the idea of paying the rest of the lease terms beside 2 months notice period. This has become one of the major issue with my friends and peer circle who wouldn't like to stay here with this unfavorable condition. I am also planning to look for alternative option as i know my company wouldn't reimburse beyond 2 months rent.

The leasing agent was great. She did exactly what I would expect a leasing agent to do. The property was beautiful with all the mature trees and the shade it provided. However, the amenities were nothing special. The pool was very plain. The fitness center was very small.

While the location is good, the parking is woefully inadequate. A check of the garages will show most seem to use them for storage, and not for parking, putting more vehicles vying for limited spaces, and then the too-big-for-normal-parking-spaces pick-ups.

I understand you may have concerns regarding parking around building 6. We do offer detached garages if that is something you would be interested in. Per the lease agreement the garages are to be used as vehicle parking only and not storage. Thank you for bringing to attention the fact that some residents are using them for storage. We will research the issue more to ensure the garages are used for parking only. This should help with some of the parking issues you are experiencing. If you would be interested in reserving a garage for yourself please let us know so that we can get you set up with one.
