Great location, quick maintenance calls, trees in the common areas.

We take pride in our location here at the Marquis at Deerfield. We are a quick drive to downtown, and have access to major highways within 5-10 miles. Our 24 hour maintenance guarantee is one of the many luxuries we offer here. With our landscapers that come weekly, our grounds are kept clean and maintained to the standard we set for all of our CWS properties. We hope you stay with us for many years to come!

When Michelle was the manager the property was managed more effectively and she always tried very hard, to meet tenants requests and to establish a relationship that built loyalty. I cannot say the same currently.

The quality of service from the office staff is great however everything else is less then expected. The quality of the updates to the apartments is poor. We have gaps in the carpeting and the foam under the carpet is uneven. There is a 4 inch gap all the way across my sons room. The floors in the kitchen are uneven. The bathrooms need updated as they do not match the rest of the apartment. We will not be renewing our lease if the price goes up and would most likely not recommended the comes. It is quite different then the complex we grew up in. Folow up on services is terrible.

There are several reasons why I would recommend this apartment community to my family and friends. It's conveniently located to excellent schools, various eateries, grocery and drug stores.
There is a lovely courtyard with lots of mature trees.
Caliber of residents...respectful and professional.

However, I would not recommend this apartment community to my family or friends, if they dislike vinyl flooring, formica countertops, outdated appliances, and poor quality cabinetry.
If management addressed these issues, the Marquis of Deerfield would never have any vacancies.

The community had the appearance that people cared. It was clean and inviting. The agent was easy to talk to and made me feel instantly welcom. She related to me on a personal level by engaging me in conversation about her Aunt and other small things that meant a lot to make me feel at home. The apartment was open, lights on and referred to as mine the entire time. She remembered what I was looking for even if I forgot. For instance I asked if the apartment was available, and she said yes but there was no view. Not only was the property really nice and well kept, the agent was delightful to tour with.

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!

I highly recommend this place. The Office Management has always been very friendly and professional. They attend our complains in a promptly manner. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The gym and pools are always well care. They care about us the tenants and always have some treat to offer like waiting for us in the morning with a delicious box or donuts, breakfast to go, etc Love the season parties at the pool where we have the opportunity to meet our neighbors and have fun. I know that there is no perfect place but so far my experience at Marquis At Deerfield has been the best. :)

The community has great curb appeal. The staff was nice. I would lease an apartment at this community, because of the location and layout of the property. The amenities inside the apartment left a lot to be desired. I was immediately turned off by the fact that the black microwave stuck out like a sore thumb. Overall the property was nice, but the apartments could stand to be updated.

I would recommend this complex to someone if it was very close to where they needed to live (traffic in all directions is horrible in the morning), and because for the price, the apartments are comfortable and well maintained, and because there are many families that live here as opposed to college kids.

I've been here so long that it does feel like home but my rent keeps going up and I'm not seeing why because the inside is so ugly and outdated. And it's hard to justify why I should stay at a place that I'm paying $100 extra a month just to park.
