The property and neighbors have been pleasant and is well managed and maintained.

I would not recommend as far as price. As far as almost everything else, yes I would. I am a little irritated that the back gate has not worked in a very long time. I would think the rents could cover repairs or a new gate.

No sound proofing hear everything above me and outside

Marauis at Deerfield is a beautiful community. I love my apartment. It is spacious, my neighbors are quiet, it is a clean community, although I have been living here almost seven years it still has that modern look and the maintnance and office personnel are so friendly and courteous.

Like I previously stated. The walls creak and you can hear and smell everything from your neighbors. Even the A/C is very outdated. I just feel like I want more value for my money.

The community outside and inside were exceptionally maintained. The amenities such as the gym and the business center were up to date and professional looking. The trash areas were clean and there was a lot of parking. The staff was professional and friendly.

Did a good job showing the community. Just wish she would have done better showing the apartment. And not just stand by the front door the whole time I was looking at the apartment

Too expensive for an older complex

The property value was extraordinary and I found it exceeded my expectations. The common areas were very clean and well maintained. The leasing professional did a great job and was in a league of her own. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was outstanding and she was very easy to talk with. She did a great job relating to me and she never missed a detail. The model and community were presented by the leasing professional in an energetic and creative way. She used dramatic flair to reveal the toilet that was hidden behind the wall. Based on my experience, the thought of calling this property home was very appealing. The property offered great features and the prices reflected the high-end nature of the property. The high value of the property made other properties seem less desirable. Overall, I will remember this property and I am very likely to refer anyone in this direction.

Because of the problems that I mentioned. Plus, the air conditioning units are too loud under the bedroom windows at night.

Safe/excellent maintenance staff when called in.

I was impressed by how quiet the inside of the apartment homes were, given how close the community sat to a major road. The leasing agent did an excellent job of showing off the community, and I felt that I would be well taken care of if I leased.
