The community is beautiful inside and out. The interior designs used the square footage well with built in book cases to enhance the storage. The amenities are well maintained.

If I were actually looking for an apartment, I would not lease from this community, because it was very plain and not as well remodeled as some of the other apartments in the area that were less expensive, bigger and had more amenities. The prices they were asking for the small apartments was a little outrageous in my opinion.

I would recommend this property complex but would warn that property management and staff members do not enforce leasing contract when tenants are in violation especially when proof has been provided and violation continues.
