They are beginning to becoming horribly stained / dirty and is bring down the look of the complex.

I really enjoy living in the Dakota. It's centrally located and in a nice area. However, there is way too much dog poop everywhere. You have to watch where you walk otherwise you'll be sorry!

It's nice, great pool, pretty quiet except for the road noise.

I have noticed that buildings / grounds are not being kept up the way they once were. I asked for some add'l insulation around my doors and all I got installed were peel and stick sweeps which came off within two days. For the rental prices of these units, full form maintenance should be common.

The community was located minutes to downtown Dallas, North Park Mall, restaurants, entertainment and major freeways. The community features uniquely designed floor plans with modern conveniences and modern amenities. They offer the ideal blend of modern elegance and classic charm. The community is a place where one would be proud to call home. My experience as a customer based on that interaction was made complete.

No parking, over priced for what you get, takes forever for maintenance to answer requests, good location.

The apartments are nice, clean and well maintained. I love the location because its pretty much close to everything. But the management keeps on increasing the rent when its time to renew the lease plus they will find silly reasons not to return your security deposit when you are moving out which is not quite expected from a upscale place like this.

The staff at The Dakota is very nice and extremely helpful. They made sure everything went smooth and always seem excited to help residents. Upon move in, the condition of the apartment was almost as if brand new. Nothing was scratched, worn, or broken. The property had exceeded my already high expectations of living. Great place to call home.

The property was very nice and well kept. The pricing was a little over the top with the noise coming from Northwest Highway traffic.

The grounds are kept very nicely. Security provided for the apartments is wonderful. They are visual all day. Maintenance requests are professionally met. The management staff are extremely courteous and meet my needs in a timely manner.
