Great place for young professionals in Dallas! Close to Uptown and social areas, but secluded and doesn't have the "city" feeling but more of a "homey" feeling.

Lincoln Property is going to be your best overall apartment location . The Dakota has a lot to offer for people of varied ages You are allowed pets , and lots of trees and greenery lined paths to walk them through . Inside you will find a well appointed Interior, that has great balcony and window views . I have more time and less worry to enjoy the things I want to do everyday .

The staff is friendly, and the facilities are very well maintained and clean. The amenities are great. The whole community is very quiet, friendly, and family friendly. My only complaints are that it seems overpriced, and my apartment was pretty dirty when I moved in.

This property and the rest of The Village has so much to offer its residents. The property is beautiful. The location is very close to a major highway. There are so many events, restaurants and shopping nearby the community.

The community was very easy to locate, and the property looked very well kept. The apartment was spacious and offered a more homey feel to it instead of an apartment feel. It had a nice open floor plan, which makes it great for entertaining. The leasing professionals were really professional and pleasant and represented the community in a great way. I would recommend this community to friends.

This is a great apartment in a good location and there is so much fun and opportunity to participate in community projects to exercise and get out and enjoy the safety of smith security patrol.

I like living in The Dakota. I think its a great place to call home for busy professionals. Its clean grounds, safe, quiet, and centrally located. The units have updated styling and maintenance needs are responded to in a timely manner and the leasing agents are all very nice.

The Dakota is a beautiful property in a spectacular location. As a student, I appreciate it's proximity to school and the quiet and peaceful mood of the property. Everyone, including neighbors and staff, have been so nice and accommodating. I am so happy I chose this apartment when I moved to Dallas and can't see myself moving any time soon.

overall, i am satisfied with the apartment. i think it's a little expensive for what i'm getting, and the rate continues to rise. the amenities are pretty nice
