I don't like how loud my neighbor is. Always fighting and throwing things making it uncomfortable to walk by their apartment which is hard considering she's on the second floor and I'm on the third.

There is inadequate parking, if you live on the second floor the garages are unbearable loud at all hours, and the college kids are regularly loud and drunk in the parking areas. I've been woken up out of my sleep (2-3AM) either by the sound of a garage door opening or of college kids being noisy for noisy's sake because they are drunk.

It is safe and the upkeep of the landscape is amazing .

I think that the property was very nice. The grounds and landscaping were excellent and the office was very clean. The staff was nice. They offer a great amount of amenities to provide to residents and that helps it feel more like a home.

Avoid this Complex

The pictures are very nice and up until the time you sign a lease, the agents are helpful, but after that they stop caring. I refrained from writing this review until I moved out because of the fear that they would treat me worse. I am glad to be out of this place.

They charge outrageous fees to anyone who moves out. They will constantly raise your rent upon renewal, even if they are charging new tenants less money for the same apartment. Kiss your deposit goodbye and plan to shell out at least the same amount as your deposit in fees. If a major appliance breaks, they will take weeks to replace it. It seems that the primary problem is the management of this specific complex. I have lived in other areas in the Village (all owned by Lincoln) and have never had these kinds of issues. I strongly suggest you avoid this community.

The community was absolutely beautiful. The decor was very nice throughout the community. The community seemed to be a very nice place to call home.
