This property was well kept. I was very impressed with the whole set up of the community and I liked what the property had to offer. I felt very welcomed there.

The Dakota offers nice amenities and is well located. For those new to the Dallas area this is a great location to start off in the city. Once inside the property it does not feel like you are in the city at all, lots of green space and the Villages offer great walking trails, country club, tennis courts, etc. The Dakota offers great floor plans and spacious apartments. Having the washer and dryer in unit is a great plus. Walls / floors / ceilings can be thin and you can hear your neighbors at times but this is expected in any apartment. Staff answers questions and is polite on the phone, but in person they sometimes come off as too busy or unable to attend to you as they are making personal calls.

The Dakota is a fun, convenient, and nice apartment complex. It's close to everything I need as far as work and school go, plus greenville has a ton of great places to go out and get food or drinks. It has a fantastic community and park area to take animals or go exercise not to mention several gyms, pools and the like. We love it here so far :)

Great property!!! We love living so close to uptown and downtown, and having the quick convenience to everything. The property is very well kept and the office staff knows you by name. The Village has so many great amenities with the country club that you get a FREE membership to, plus the on-sight amenities are un-beatable! Our daughter loves going on walks at the lake and feeding the ducks, very family friendly!

The community itself was beautiful. It was upgraded and the apartment was gorgeous. The layout was big, comfortable and had a homey look instead of an apartment vibe. The staff was not very interesting or engaging. I would recommend this to others based on the community alone.

The community was beautiful, and the apartment interiors looked more like a brand-new, upscale house than an apartment. The leasing professional I met with was very outgoing and made the community seem very welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this community to someone who wanted to lease but have the feel of being in a home.

The leasing professionals at this community are fantastic! They took the time and did not rush me to discuss my needs. They seemed to care. I really did feel like I was talking to an old friend. I had concerns about moving from a house, and they helped me to realize that life at the community would be more than I ever hoped for.

The front office is very unique for an apartment property. It is designed similar to a hotel lobby. There is a business center with unlimited coffee, tea and other beverages. The fitness center has exercise classes at various times. The sales associates could be more interacting and engaging as well as show genuine interest in the customer's needs.

I am going to get the negitive out of the way first: The Dakota in The Village is on the upper edge of my budget. That's the only downside. I have lived in The Dakota for about a year and I love it. The apartment is well appointed and spacious. I rarely if ever hear my neighbors, beacuse of the spacing of the apartments and nice thick walls. The property has a pet friendly atmosphere and I enjoy walking my dog around The Dakota and around the larger Village Community.

A quiet and serene community, I have loved living at the Dakota. It is a beautiful complex and so well maintained. It's one of the best locations in Dallas, it's no more than 10 minutes away from almost everything you need. The floor plan is beyond spacious and there is plenty of storage. My neighbors are friendly, and the staff is amazing. I've been a renter for a long time, and this is by far the best apartment I've had.

As far as renting goes this has already been the best experience I have had. Needless to say, most my encounters with leasing companies have not been that great. The only time they really seem interested in what you have to say is when your lease is fixing to be up. As far as the Dakota goes, I give it an A for location, an A for service, and an A for quality. I am impressed.

This is a nice, recently constructed, upscale property, built in the Craftsman architectural style. The central location makes it accessible to everything you could want in the Dallas area.

The leasing profesional was confident, secure and proud of the community. The leasing profesional made every effort to close the sale by asking an assumptive phrase while I was still looking at the apartment. When we returned to the leasing office, the leasing professional created urgency by telling me their rates changed daily and offering me the chance to apply online if I later decided that I wanted the apartment. I would have definitely moved forward with a lease with this particular leasing professional.
