It is a great place to live!

I love living here. The price is a little expensive for the amenities inside the apartment and the parking is awful but the staff is always friendly and I feel safe all the time. The community amenities for the Dakota and the Village are a nice touch too. I wish they would create a fenced grassy area for residents to let their dogs off-leash on the property though.

This was a very impressive community. It was truly like a mini resort. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was large and had ample storage.

The community and apartment were nice, but I would have expected a little more for the money. I felt that the appliances could have been more updated.

Overall I felt that this place was top notch. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds were clean and it had a lot of amenities. One of my favorites was the fitness center. This is definitely a good value and I would consider living there myself.

Living in the Village is great! The amenities are awesome and the overall experience can t be beat. You are close to downtown and uptown, but have the freedom to walk beautiful trails and lakes. The grounds are always extremely nice and the staff is fantastic!

I would say that the complex or management company overestimates how much rent is compared to more ideal locations closer to downtown. My roommate and I received our renewal notice last week and the 12 month rate is the same as our current 6 month rate, which was only 100 less than our month to month when I joined in August 2014. The fact is with the rate we were most recently quoted we could live for less money in uptown. And this is on top of the facility not even having a waiting list or being at capacity. We have been ideal tenants, never having a complaint filed by us or for us. The increase in rent amount was shocking to say the least.

Finally the complex dragged its feet when I needed a repair done on my bathroom ceiling and wall from a leak coming from the upstairs apartment s drainage (sewer) pipe. I lived with a hole in my ceiling for a month.

The Dakota is a great place to live because it s right where you want to be in Dallas! Parking is very limited though.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone! Worst staff ever. The ladies in the front office are rude and act like they have no time to help you or seem interested in helping you. The maintenance men never came on time to help with an issue. I was charged for damages to my apartment but never had a walk through with any of the staff after I cleaned my own apartment and never got an itemized list of these damages to the carpets that I paid to have cleaned before I moved out. No one was interested in talking to me about this matter and I never got a direct answer or was able to communicate to anyone regarding this. I had three friends looking to move into this apartment and they are no longer interested after hearing of my experience. I will never again move into a lincoln apartment again.

I was impressed with the country club and services offered. I was impressed with the upgraded appliances and surrounding community. The fitness room was favorable and having a stackable washer/dryer was very nice and convenient. I found the price to be a little higher than expected for the size of the apartment and $20 for valet trash I find to be way too high. I see value in the properties but the cost being as high as it is for what you get, I would think hard about leasing here. I did find the leasing professional to be professional and helpful in providing all of the necessary information for leasing.

Convenience and quality!

When it was time for me to sign a new lease, the office staff seemed extremely clueless and incompetant.

I would warn against the parking situation and high rent prices in comparison to the interior finishes.
