The apartment was amazing. The layout was perfect. The price was way above what I was looking to pay anytime soon. It was a great property, with a lot of surrounding amenities.

I love it here, but it's a little expensive. People in the apartments are not friendly at all.

It was a very nice community and great location. It was great that residents got access to a Country Club, pool and tennis courts. The community was well maintained.

I would like my rent to be a little cheaper for the amount of square footage I have.

My perception of the community, was that it was a place of comfort and exciting amenities. They offered luxury apartment homes, complete with modern features and a membership to a Country Club. The superior location was in close proximity to shopping, fine dining, nightlife and much more. My impression of the staff was they were friendly, helpful and a knowledgeable group of professionals. My impression of the community itself was a positive one.

The Dakota is one of the nicest Village apartments. I love how convenient the location is to everything. I love the on site gym and pool. It is also comforting to know that the complex is maintained extremely well and is super safe

The property was very nice and up to date. I really loved the apartment, especially the house feel it offered. I would be very happy living there. I would would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment that feels more like a house.

The apartment overall is a great value...some corners were cut when developing as outside noise is very prevalent and the kitchen has very low end floors and counters, but great experience and would recommend.

They are beautiful apartments, its a pretty quiet complex and the girls who work there are really nice. The only negative is there is never enough parking.

I was impressed with the property grounds and how well maintained they were. Also, the office was amazing with the mission style decor. The apartment offered more room than I realized and was really impressed with the garage size.
