Already recommended to a friend but the apartment layout they wanted was unavailable. I think these are the best apartments I have seen in a while that offer a decent location, a well-designed apartment layout, and well maintained grounds.

See above on concerns about the garbage. Otherwise, the complex is a great place with good management.

The agent did a superb job and I was very pleased!

I've lived here for a year and a half and it has been great. The office staff is very responsive and practically all of my requests have been answered within the next business day. They even change the lightbulb for me and installed a ceiling fan!

My only frustration is the rent is "controlled" by a computer system so it fluctuates greatly. You might not always get the best value.... so if you're looking to move in, keep on eye on it. The rents change daily.

Safe place, non ghetto. Rental prices need to be controlled, when they go up the value goes down if improvements are not made to the units.

Because for the location it is in and it is a solid place to live.

Neighbors are loud and dog poop is not picked up.

I love the location and the management and the emphasis on safety. I recommend it any chance I get.

See above comments regarding cleanliness and safety. i am a single woman living on a ground floor apartment. Due to gate being open for past 2 months I do not feel safe in my apartment. I am woken up late at night by the people above me (have called curtesy officer several times), I was not made aware before renting my apartment that the hot tub would be right outside my door.

This complex is conveniently located for Baylor students and those working in the downtown/uptown area.

Has been a pleasant experience. Maintenance items handled promptly. Good rental rates.

The apartment community is well taken care of, and the office staff and maintenance crew are beyond great! They always have time to visit and to give me time when I need it.
