If there was someone I knew coming to go to school at the dental school or nursing school, or working at the hospital I think this is a great and convenient place to live. However, once I graduate I do not plan to stay here.

This place is good if you either can't or don't want to spend very much and still live in this neighborhood. I can't recommend this to someone looking to live in Deep Ellum with money to spend. I'd recommend it to someone on a tight budget though.

Would not recommend due to lack of security in gated (always broken) complex, poor to non exsistent management communication and response rate, age and condition of apartments
