I would recommend this apartment community to anyone that is looking for a community to call home. The assistance on most maintenance issues are handled quickly, the personnel is friendly, and the apartments are very modern.

The agent was a very good salesperson, building rapport throughout the tour.

I've enjoyed my time here, but it is ridiculously overpriced.

I actually did get a pair of friends to check out the Marquis, and they really liked it for all the same reasons I do: great amenities, parking, facilities, plus special perks like trash pick-up, but the rent was just a bit too pricey for them. But still, it's a very recommendable place to live :)

I would only recommend this complex to Baylor students that are splitting the rent. For a single female, fixed income? No.

Is the security could be tightened and have the gates working properly especially at night my recommendation for the apartment would be 100!

I have recommende this apartment community since i became a resident here on 4/1/12, but my enthusiasm is waning due to the rising costs that have not added to my quality of life

The apartments were beautifully decorated and very inviting.

I love living at the Marquis on Gaston because its location is so convenient! As a young, aspiring artist, I spend a lot of time in Deep Ellum and this apartment complex makes that so easy! The apartments are very nice and I have a wonderful view of Dallas from my balcony. I've only lived in Dallas for three years now, and two of those have been here at the Marquis. It's definitely the best place I've lived in since I moved to Dallas. :)

Would not recommend because of the 60 day notice you must give at the end of the lease. Would recommend because maintenance is super responsive. Would recommend because Lauren is great to work with.
Cares team is okay. Each event we attended, the food was gone within 15 minutes and they activity dwindled after that.
